Processing times vary based on the country you’re purchasing from. Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
In Australia, your happy mail should arrive within 7-15 business days, while international orders typically take 15-25 business days.
I take great care in packing all orders, but please note that once your package is handed over to Australia Post, I can no longer control the shipping process. Thank you for your understanding!

I am unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen mail from Australia Post. Once in the hands of Australia Post it is out of my control. Please inform me of any issues and i will do my utmost to support you.
If your tracking states delivered, please lodge a complaint with Australia Post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders placed are final.
CANCELLATIONS
Given the nature of my business, I am unable to offer cancellations once orders have been placed.
LOST OR 'DELIVERED' PARCELS
If your parcel includes tracking and shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office first. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to report a lost shipment directly to the carrier, as The Luxe Dollar cannot be held responsible for items after delivery.
